Called me about a final embarq bill that I never got. Wanted me to send the check to RPM. I stated that I would send the check out the next day for the total and now they have called me several times since and it is just the next day. They call early in the morning about every 2 hours but no one answers or leaves a message. This is a ridiculous practice, and it is also very wrong of embarq not to keep their promise to send a final bill when I specifically asked for one due to a simiar problem with sprint. It would be best if the company itself would call you at least once before they sent you to collections in case it is their fault. How can you pay a bill when you don't know the amount and can't get into your online account once it is closed. This practice can mess up your credit because of crappy companies.

This caller is calling my cell phone and my husband's cell phone at least once a day. I would like for them to stop calling me.

I keep recieving calls from this number. No one ever answers. It is very frustrating. I would like for there to be some kind of message to the least to let me know why I am being called DAILY.

I to received a call from this number. It was a woman with a very heavy middle eastern accent. She said to have my attorney of record call her and if I ignored the message she wished me good luck as the situation unfolds.

this business keeps calling me i say hello 3or4 time no response. a recording comes with opt 1 tranfer to a rep. 2 to be on a do not call list. i choose do not call and they still call.
